Roof Maintenance and Coatings Sales Representative

We are looking for sales representatives for our fast-growing client to sell roof maintenance and coating services. The busiest season for roofing work is just beginning, and this is your opportunity to benefit from it. New teams are now being assembled for four regions: Uusimaa, Varsinais-Suomi, Satakunta and Päijät-Häme. Job description: Independent field sales representative We are looking for results-oriented and independent salespeople who want to achieve strong results and enjoy working in the field with customers. The work is pure B2C sales, where you are responsible for successfully carrying the sales process through during home visits. You will sell exterior maintenance services, with roof coatings, washing and maintenance painting as the main offerings. You will work in customers’ homes, quickly building trust and ensuring that sales are closed. The work is independent, results-oriented and focused on evenings. Compensation and earnings model We offer a highly competitive and motivating earnings model in which only your own results set the limits. Commission: A clear commission model, with commission at 10%–15% of the sale amount depending on the price per square metre. Average sale size approximately €3,600. Bonuses: Bonuses begin at monthly sales of €10,000. Expenses: Those with a car receive €400 per month in fuel compensation. Invoicing model: Light entrepreneur/trade name. Performance expectation (realistic level): 12–20 offers / week 6–15 sales / month 25–40% closing rate What we expect from you We are looking for more experienced, sales-suited people with a genuine desire to learn and achieve results. Experience: A track record in home sales (e.g. renovations, solar panels, windows, plumbing renovations or similar) and experience closing larger sales independently. You understand competitive tendering and your only tool is not offering a discount. Sales style: You can quickly build trust, confidently ask for a decision and calmly handle objections. Personality: High activity level, ability to withstand rejection, financial motivation and discipline. Other information Support: Regional sales managers will support you in the field. Local appointment setters will also support your work (target: 5 appointments/day). Start: The training schedule is due to begin on 20 March. Places are limited and will be filled as soon as suitable candidates are found. Mobility: A driving licence is essential.
