We are seeking an entrepreneur to join the Pancho Villa chain in Itäkeskus, Helsinki. Do you have the desire to develop a restaurant business, the ability to take responsibility and risks, a stable financial situation, and management experience? To succeed as a Pancho Villa entrepreneur, you will have access to a ready-made, tested Mexican food restaurant concept and the support of the chain. Please note that we are looking for an entrepreneur only, not employees for Pancho Villa. Pancho Villa is a casual dining restaurant concept offering fresh Mexican twist food. It is known for its extensive selection and generous, flavourful dishes at reasonable prices. Burgers with the restaurant's own sauces are especially popular, alongside burritos, tacos and other Mexican specialities. All restaurant dishes have been developed in-house, and development continues all the time. Pancho Villa restaurants have a unified menu, so customers know they can get quality dishes at the same prices throughout Finland. Lunch customers play a major role in the customer base, alongside groups of friends out in the evenings and families at weekends. Corporate customers and takeaway customers are growing segments. As a Pancho Villa franchise entrepreneur, you receive a ready-made, tested fresh Mexican twist restaurant concept centred on generous and tasty table-served dishes. The Pancho Villa entrepreneur is the visible operational leader of their unit and also works shifts themselves. Entrepreneurs may be starting out or already operating a business, provided their current business is not competing with or otherwise harmful to running a Pancho Villa business. You may suggest a suitable business location for a new restaurant or look for one together with the chain. Applicants selected as Pancho Villa entrepreneurs must have at least the following qualities and prerequisites: - Readiness and ability to finance the investment required to start the business. The entrepreneur's initial investment is €100,000–€150,000, and the typical self-financing share is 20–30% of the initial investment. - Good Finnish language skills, needed for customer service and for understanding the chain's instructions and agreements. - Good health that allows you to do restaurant work and does not prevent you from handling the products sold. - A suitable life situation, with the time and ability to commit fully to the Pancho Villa business. - An understanding of the principles and requirements of franchise entrepreneurship.
