We are seeking a new entrepreneur in Rovaniemi. (Please note: we are not looking for employees, only an entrepreneur.) Boneless, founded as a food truck in 2017, has grown over the years into a franchise restaurant chain with 14 restaurants across Finland. Boneless won the title of best burger chain in 2023–2025. Its success is based on fresh ingredients and unique flavour combinations that attract customers to return. The work of a Boneless entrepreneur: Our chain's entrepreneurs operate as independent entrepreneurs and lead the operations of their own Boneless restaurants. Success as a Boneless entrepreneur always starts with the entrepreneur and satisfied staff, and especially with satisfied customers. You lead and are responsible for the operations and development of your own Boneless restaurant, and act as the restaurant manager of the restaurant you own and as the supervisor of your staff. As a Boneless entrepreneur, you ensure that your restaurant operates according to the Boneless concept, following the recipes and ingredients in the manuals, hygiene practices and official requirements. What kind of entrepreneur are we looking for? - A youthful, cheerful and outgoing person with a positive attitude to life and entrepreneurship. - A down-to-earth person with a realistic attitude to entrepreneurship who is not afraid of hard work. - The person may already have previous entrepreneurial experience. - Previous restaurant or kitchen work experience is an advantage. - Proficient in English, as Boneless chain manuals and instructions are mainly in English. - Proficient in Finnish; Finnish is especially important for customers outside the Helsinki metropolitan area. - The person must have a clean credit record, a stable financial situation and the ability to invest in entrepreneurship. The initial investment is €50,000–€100,000, and the entrepreneur's own contribution is typically 20–30% of the initial investment. - Boneless entrepreneurship is also well suited to couples.
