We are seeking a suitable entrepreneur and business location in Vaasa. Note: we are seeking an entrepreneur only, not employees. Fafa's began in Helsinki's Punavuori district in 2011. Fafa's vegetable-focused menu, built around innovative pita breads, quickly won the hearts of city residents. Fafa's soon became Helsinki's most distinctive and most awarded street food brand. Today, Fafa's continues to offer authentic, handmade gourmet street food with friendly and uncomplicated service. All restaurant dishes are prepared in-house in the restaurant's own kitchen from fresh, high-quality ingredients. The menu is a perfect combination of tasty and fresh fusion food. The chain offers the entrepreneur initial training, support in starting operations, launch marketing, purchasing benefits, business guidance, chain marketing and sales support. What do we expect from the entrepreneur? As a Fafa's entrepreneur, you are passionate about preparing good food and know how to lead your team in running a high-quality, service-oriented restaurant. You are the person we are looking for if you are passionate about food, have previous entrepreneurial experience and want to help develop the rapidly growing Fafa's family. You want to lead by example at your location, and your passion for customer interaction is exceptional. The chain's concept is instructed in English, so you must be able to communicate in addition to Finnish in English as well. Previous experience in the restaurant industry is considered an advantage. The entrepreneur must have the financial means to invest in entrepreneurship. The entrepreneur's initial investment is €20,000–€50,000, and the typical self-financing share is 20–30% of the initial investment.
