Roofing Sales Representative

We are now hiring roofing sales representatives for our client in Uusimaa, Pirkanmaa, South Ostrobothnia and the Joensuu area. In this role, you help detached-house owners find the best roof renovation solution for them. A customer visit includes assessing the property, preparing an offer and closing the sale. This job is for you if you want to sell a quality product, have strong earning potential and receive proper support. You need a driving licence, the physical and mental ability to climb onto roofs, and a strong work ethic. Previous sales experience is an advantage, but it is not required. 🔧 Job description Home sales to consumer customers (roof renovations). 2–3 arranged appointments per day from the booking team. Active customer acquisition is also part of the role. You will be employed directly by our client (not as a light entrepreneur). A driving licence is required. Your own car is an advantage, but a work vehicle is available if needed. 💰 Pay model and earnings For the first 2 months: guaranteed salary of €2,000. After that: the guaranteed salary continues if you make at least 20 offers per month. Average sale: €15,000–€20,000. Seller’s share: approximately €1,000–€1,500 per sale. 💬 In practice, the best sellers earn €5,000–€10,000 per month, and it is possible to increase your earnings quickly during the first months. We are looking for someone who: Is outgoing, goal-oriented and competitive. Is not afraid of customer interactions and dares to start a conversation. Is confident and able to build strong trust during customer visits. Has a driving licence (having your own car is an advantage). Previous experience in home sales is not required, but is definitely an advantage!
