Face-to-Face Sales Representative

We are looking for energetic shop-in-shop sales representatives to join the Moi Mobiili team! MOI is a modern operator offering flexible and affordable subscriptions tailored to customers’ needs, making it a unique and attractive choice. We are now looking for enthusiastic, sales-minded representatives for permanent positions to represent our products at the Prisma in Liisanlehto, Vaasa. There are plenty of customers, giving you excellent opportunities to succeed in sales. Job description As a Moi Mobiili sales representative, you will work at a sales point inside Prisma, presenting and selling Moi Mobiili subscriptions to customers. Your duties also include customer service in Prisma’s renovated phone department, where you help customers find the subscription and product solutions that suit them best. This is active, customer-focused sales work: you identify customers’ needs and offer them the best possible solution. You will also help create a positive brand image for Moi Mobiili and ensure customers have a pleasant experience. What we expect from you: An energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards sales. We hope you have sales experience, but the desire to develop into a sales professional and an interest in our products are even more important. A hungry and flexible attitude, and an ambitious desire to achieve sales targets. Enthusiasm for learning new things and good interaction skills. The ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as being a good team player. You must be at least 18 years old and have good Finnish skills. The selected candidate’s credit information will be checked. We consider Swedish skills a strong advantage. What we offer: A base salary with sales commission on top, based on your sales (guaranteed minimum pay of €13.76 per hour under the ICT collective agreement).
