Head of CX & Sales

This role leads the customer experience function for Nordic Sports Brands, overseeing customer service, store operations, after-sales and B2B, wholesale and export sales. The head of CX & Sales is responsible for building an efficient, scalable, AI-enabled customer experience organization where sales, service, maintenance, stores and digital channels operate as a single coherent unit, driving profitable growth. Responsibilities include directing online customer service in Finland, Sweden and Norway; store operations; after-sales and aftercare; B2B/wholesale/export sales; developing processes, documentation and knowledge management; leveraging AI, automation, chatbots and CRM solutions; monitoring, reporting, resourcing and continuous improvement. Required qualities include an active, energetic, bold and practical working style; leadership by example; experience in leading e-commerce, retail, sales or customer experience; ability to develop processes and operating models; data and tech fluency; readiness to implement AI/automation/knowledge-management based solutions; relevant commercial university degree; excellent communication and people leadership skills; fluent Finnish and English. Primary location is Tampere with possible alternative at Vantaa. Salary is approximately 5000–8000 EUR/month depending on skills and experience.
