We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed practical nurse who is ready to grow as part of our skilled and warm-hearted team. Multidisciplinary residential services are intended for clients with disabilities or acquired impairments who also have significant functional limitations and challenges, which may relate, for example, to sensory regulation, impulsivity and social interaction. Our clients may also have substance-use and mental health issues. In your work, you will support clients with daily activities, medication management and recreational activities, and monitor their wellbeing.
