Store Manager

As Store Manager, you can influence the customer experience, employee well-being and the store’s results. We are looking for a Store Manager to lead and develop the store’s sales and customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store follows its concept and achieves its results. You will lead the staff in an inspiring and encouraging way, setting an example and ensuring that our customers have an easy and inspiring shopping environment. The work starts by agreement. The position is permanent and the working time is 37.5 hours per week. Skills and requirements We are looking for a capable manager for our store, which employs approximately 10 people. You will guide the store staff with an active, present and goal-oriented approach. Previous experience and a track record of successfully managing a grocery and/or general merchandise store, as well as education that supports the role (for example, a vocational business qualification or a bachelor-level business degree), are prerequisites for success. You are positive and solution-oriented, and know how to lead sales using the company’s key figures. You can inspire and encourage your team to work together towards agreed goals. You act consistently, clearly and decisively. Success in the role also requires a customer-focused approach, commercial thinking and the ability to understand broad entities. Guiding product displays calls for good spatial awareness and visual sense. The work is fast-paced and requires the confidence to make quick decisions.
