Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced, curious, forward-looking and energetic developer to become Store Manager at Partioaitta in Hämeenlinna! Your duties include leading store staff, driving profitable sales and ensuring excellent customer service. You will be responsible for achieving key figures and act as the line manager for store staff. You will monitor and analyse customer flows and consumer behaviour. You will build an annual plan together with the chain operations team and be responsible for its implementation. You will prepare sales and working-hours budgets and monitor them. Retail consists of small details, efficient store routines and processes; you will be responsible for developing them and ensuring they work well.
