You will assist the Attendo home manager with organising and guiding daily work and provide professional support to staff. The role is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in practising care-home management and to develop your career in care. What will you do? You will be responsible for delivering and developing the quality of nursing care together with the Attendo home manager. You will support and guide staff in their daily work and lead by example, while also taking part in care work. You will take care of daily staffing, shift planning and arranging substitutes. You will ensure the safe delivery and development of medication treatment in the unit. The position is full-time and permanent. We can agree on the start date with you. Discover our everyday life on Instagram. What do we expect from you? A Bachelor of Health Care degree as a registered nurse. Fluent spoken and written Finnish. Experience working with older people. Vaccination protection as defined in section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act, maintained throughout the employment relationship to protect clients and patients. A hygiene passport, or willingness to obtain one within three months of starting employment. A criminal record extract for employment lasting more than three months when working with minors, older people or people with disabilities. A social and health care professional certificate card (Sote professional card, or certificate card). What do we offer? We will support you along the way. We support your development. The terms and pay of employment follow the collective agreement for private social services. The salary range for the role is €2,850.98–€3,110.42. In addition, we pay the local allowance under the private social services collective agreement for employees in pay group D, amounting to €88.09 per month for a full-time employee, as well as a team supervisor supplement of €500.
