Construction Laborer

Construction laborers for the Helsinki metropolitan area! We are looking for energetic construction laborers for gig work at our customer companies’ construction sites in the Helsinki metropolitan area! Do you enjoy physical work and want varied construction tasks? We offer a range of opportunities at different construction sites. Previous construction experience is an advantage, but a positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to take on different tasks matter most. Duties: Your tasks as a construction laborer depend on the site’s needs and your skills. Your day may include carrying and moving items, site cleaning and clearing, assisting with demolition, installing and removing protective coverings, site logistics and moving materials, assisting other construction professionals, and other construction support tasks. The work is on a gig basis, and workdays are generally weekdays from 7:00 to 15:30. Sites are in different parts of the Helsinki metropolitan area, so we hope you are prepared to travel between sites. What we expect from you: We are looking for people who enjoy physical work, take initiative, and have a positive attitude. Previous construction experience or studies are an advantage, but you can also do the job without prior experience. The role requires: - You must be of age - Finnish language skills - A valid Occupational Safety Card approved by the Centre for Occupational Safety - Readiness for physically demanding work - An energetic and self-directed approach to work Having access to your own car is an advantage because it makes it easier to travel between sites, but it is not essential. Assignment lengths vary according to customer needs, and may range from individual workdays to longer periods.
