The work: As a sales assistant, you have an important role in the store and in creating a special shopping experience for customers. You will work towards targets with our exciting products, and it is important to us that we can always present customers with a well-maintained and tidy store. Your areas of responsibility: • Put customers first so they always feel welcome and return. • Ensure a high standard in the store, with cleanliness and exciting displays at the centre. • Provide customer service and replenish shelves. • Open and close the store. • Serve customers at the checkout. We expect you to: • Have experience in retail and in a busy work environment. • Be interested in store operations, have a commercial mindset and always put the customer first. • Work independently and efficiently. • Be able to serve customers in Finnish; English or Swedish skills are also appreciated. • Be hardworking and have an eye for detail—you want to help create excellent displays. • Be a team player and contribute to a positive atmosphere. • Serve customers in Finnish at B1 level; other language skills are welcome.
