Financial Accountant

We are now seeking a Financial Accountant for our client Normet in Espoo to strengthen its finance team. The position is permanent and will start immediately or when a suitable person is found. Job duties As a Financial Accountant, you will work as part of Normet’s external accounting team. Together with the rest of the team, you will be responsible for recording Normet Oy’s purchase and expense invoices, handling payment transactions, reconciling bank transactions, debt collection and posting bank statements. You will also participate in month-end reporting and, when necessary, other finance and accounting tasks. What we expect from you • Relevant education in finance and accounting, for example a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. • A few years of experience in similar duties at an international company. • Good Excel skills. • Familiarity with the D365 finance system is an advantage. • Fluent Finnish and English; English is the team’s working language. • Accuracy and a systematic approach. • Ability to work independently as part of a team.
