Multiskilled Customer Service Generalist

What does the work involve? Based on our current ideas, your work could include, for example: - Serving customers by email and phone - Processing completed cleaning orders - Responding to quote requests and handling sales - Invoicing and processing supplier invoices - Handling complaints - Conducting preliminary phone interviews with new cleaners - Development, marketing and project tasks according to your interests The tasks listed are not set in stone. We want to find a good person and build a role around them in which they can use their strengths and passions and develop over the long term as part of our existing team. You do not need experience in all the tasks listed above; a willingness to learn new things and take responsibility is more important. Previous familiarity with the cleaning industry or home cleaning is an advantage, as most of our work relates to home-cleaning services. What is the work like? The work is highly location-independent and can be done largely remotely. We do hope, however, that you could sometimes be in Joensuu with the rest of the team. We want to get together regularly as a whole group to catch up, develop our operations and celebrate shared goals, for example over meals. If you would like to spend the winter in Spain, though, bon voyage—you can work from under a palm tree too. Primarily, we are looking for someone who would like to focus on weekday evenings and be on call, at least as needed, during weekends. In practice, being on call would mainly mean processing completed orders received by email as quickly as possible. We want to find an arrangement that works very well for both you and our current team, and are happy to discuss it. The team’s working language is Finnish. Why join our team? We do not expect you to know everything during your first year, either, because we still do not know everything ourselves and make mistakes every week.
