Customer Service Representative

Would you like a job for the whole year in one of Finland’s most wonderful tourist destinations? Now you have the opportunity to work two different seasons under one employment contract! We are looking for five employees for a unique combined customer service role. You will work during the winter season as a slope worker at Rukakeskus Oy and then continue as a customer service representative at Barona’s service centre in Kuusamo through the summer season. Winter season (Rukakeskus Oy, December–April) - Customer service at the lifts - Operating and monitoring the lifts - Ensuring customer safety - Outdoor work in a fell environment - Shifts Monday to Sunday, mornings and evenings, 30–37.5 hours/week - Pay under the Ski Resort Industry collective agreement (from €12.01/hour) Summer season (Barona, May–November) - Customer service by phone and email - Sales-oriented customer service tasks - Helping customers with subscription and billing matters - Working time mainly on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 37.5 hours/week - Pay under the ICT Industry collective agreement (€2,113–€2,291/month) + incentive model What we expect from you - Initiative and a positive service attitude - Willingness to learn new things - Good communication skills - Teamwork skills - Fluent Finnish - At least 18 years of age and a T-category driving licence - Commitment for the entire 12-month period We offer 12 months of employment in two different working environments, where you can develop your skills in a versatile way.
