The Local Marketing Manager will be responsible for localizing and executing ILOQ’s global marketing strategy across key European markets, including Germany, the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Belgium. This role is essential in driving regional growth, strengthening brand visibility, and supporting sales through targeted campaigns, partner enablement, and customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in B2B marketing, digital tools, and an understanding of regional market dynamics. The location for this role can be flexible within Europe. Your key responsibilities will include: Strategic Planning & Execution: Execute the global and regional roadmap of growth activities (online and onsite), including country-specific initiatives. Own the content strategy and distribution model, ensuring alignment with global brand standards. Localize and optimize marketing and communication initiatives, including automation programs and paid media. Create reference cases (videos, interviews, web content) to showcase success stories and drive credibility. Digital, CRM & Campaign Management: Act as a Microsoft Dynamics key user for the region; manage lead generation, nurturing, and pipeline support. Support CRM integration and ensure data quality between marketing and sales systems. Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. Drive additional digital initiatives (e.g., email marketing, marketing automation, and content activation) to support regional growth. Events & Exhibitions: Plan, organize, and execute exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Drive engagement with both end customers and partners through impactful event experiences. Search & Paid Media: Lead local search strategy, including SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), keyword optimization, and industry terminology tracking. Optimize content for both traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms. Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across relevant digital channels. Brand Management: Act as the regional brand ambassador, ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines. Support regional brand initiatives and strategic partnerships. What you’ll bring: Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a high-tech or related industry. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Hands-on experience with CRM and CMS platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress). Experience managing digital marketing channels and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and Google). Proven ability to localize global strategies and drive regional execution. Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Fluency in German & English is required.
