We are currently hiring a sales representative for our client’s growing team in the Hämeenlinna area. Our client, Taloturva, is a company specializing in home technology renovations for detached houses, particularly pipe renovations. The core values of Taloturva are high customer satisfaction and quality workmanship. More information about the company can be found on their website: https://taloturva.fi/ As a sales representative in our client’s company, your work will involve comprehensive sales tasks. The sales support is provided by Taloturva’s customer acquisition team, allowing you to focus on sales activities and pre-arranged customer visits throughout Hämeenlinna and surrounding municipalities. The role also includes some new customer acquisition work. You will execute projects together with installers and production, which involves overall project management. The work is independent, giving you flexibility over your daily schedule and working hours. There is a weekly meeting at the office. In practice, your workdays will be spent at customer meetings scheduled by you. The position begins in spring 2026, subject to agreement. The selected candidate may be employed directly by the client company or invoice the client as a self-employed or light entrepreneur. Earnings are not capped – Taloturva’s salespeople earn above average. After the training period, you will transition to a performance-based salary model, where your activity and sales results directly influence your income. The salary model rewards success and offers excellent earning potential for motivated individuals. Total earnings consist of commissions, monthly and annual bonuses, and possible financing bonuses. Success in the role is supported by experience in B2C sales, a positive attitude, respect for sales work, and the ability to use your own car. The role includes daily allowances and mileage reimbursements according to tax regulations. Customer service in the role is conducted verbally and in writing in Finnish.
