We are looking for a full-time team and service manager for the dairy, meat, ready-made, and frozen sections for a temporary position of about one year. As a team and service manager, you will lead your own team with a coaching approach, encouraging and assisting them to succeed in their work. You will be responsible for the availability, attractiveness, and quality of customer service in your sections. Additionally, you will ensure the effective operation of your area and develop the store holistically together with the entire team.
