Construction assistant, Tampere JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for motivated construction assistants for our client for various sites. Our client's construction sites are located in Tampere and nearby municipalities, and work will start according to the site conditions. If you are interested in the construction industry and are looking for your next opportunity, we may have a place for you.Your main tasks will include: carrying and clearing tasks maintaining general cleanliness assisting experienced workers Your skills and experience will be taken into account. In this position, you will work under a temporary employment contract, with Sihti as your employer. Temporary work involves three parties – the employee, the employer (Sihti), and the client company where the work is performed. Sihti takes care of salary payments, insurance, employment contract, and all legal obligations related to your employment. We ensure that everything is well with your employment. WHAT WE OFFER? WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU? Good physical condition, proactive work attitude, and willingness to learn. Previous experience in the construction industry is considered an advantage. The job requires you to be of legal age and hold a valid safety card. A fire safety card is also an advantage. Using your own car makes it easier to access the sites, but it is not necessary.
