Engineering Manager - Enersense International Oy - Porvoo, Suomi

We are currently seeking an Engineering Manager for our client in Porvoo, Finland. In this role, you will act as a key partner to the Project Manager, ensuring seamless coordination across all engineering disciplines and supporting the successful delivery of large-scale projects. Main tasks and responsibilities include owning and coordinating all engineering activities, leading multidisciplinary teams, defining project scope and goals, developing detailed plans, allocating resources, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with standards, overseeing documentation, supporting change and constraint management, and resolving technical challenges. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, strong understanding of multidisciplinary processes, proven experience in large-scale project coordination, project design and planning skills, technical problem-solving, excellent communication, knowledge of change and constraint management, ability to manage multiple interfaces, quality assurance skills, ability to work under pressure, and Finnish and English language skills.
