We are currently looking for a motivated and energetic production worker for our client in Kotka. Previous experience in the field is not required - eagerness to learn and a positive attitude are most important, as you will receive comprehensive training. Your workday includes manufacturing and assembly of various products, operating machinery, and ensuring smooth production processes. The work is tailored to customer requirements and involves precise manual work using different tools. The job is physical and requires good basic fitness, as products are lifted and handled repeatedly. Attention to detail and accuracy are emphasized, as products are made to customer specifications and individually. Your working hours are 37.5 hours per week, with alternating morning and evening shifts from Monday to Friday; morning shifts are from 6:00 to 14:00 and evening shifts from 14:00 to 22:00. The employment relationship follows the Joinery Industry Collective Agreement. We appreciate interest in manual work, diligence, initiative, good teamwork skills, and a positive attitude.
