Hello, if you are interested in assisting work, join the Onni team to do important and customer-oriented work in assistant services on a full-time fixed-term contract until August 31, 2026. The on-call service assistant performs tasks related to assisting clients and office work at scheduled times. No two workdays are the same! As a personal assistant, you help our clients live their own full and meaningful lives. Onni's clients are individuals who need help with daily tasks due to illness or disability. You assist with household chores and activities outside the home. Client cases may vary in complexity and level, and tasks are always tailored to the client’s condition and individual needs. The work is diverse and may include multiple clients and tasks within the same day. During office hours, you communicate with clients and staff by phone. You use the shift scheduling system and participate in planning work shifts and other agreed tasks. You do not need formal training or previous experience, but prior experience is considered an advantage. We hope your attitude towards assisting work is positive, and you are eager to learn new skills and work customer-oriented in various situations. All new assistants will receive comprehensive training in Onni’s own Assistant Academy before starting work, and training continues during employment. You will receive ongoing guidance and support from your team supervisor, so you will never be alone with questions or work-related challenges. The work is full-time (115 hours/3 weeks). Work is mainly performed in two shifts on weekdays and weekends, and may include night shifts. A workday may consist of one or multiple different client cases. Office work is also part of the working hours. We require B2-level Finnish language skills, a driver’s license, and the possibility to use your own car if needed. You must be of legal age, proactive, able to use a computer, and interested in learning to operate various systems.
