HR Specialist

HR Specialist role within Kekkilä-BVB, part of the Group HR team in an international context. You support and advise managers across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. You handle HR inquiries, support the execution and development of HR processes and policies, coordinate the absence management process, organize onboarding activities, and provide HR training for staff and managers. You contribute to high-quality HR data and reports and participate in international HR projects.
