Join an enthusiastic and bold team of early childhood education teachers in Kirkkonummi to create sustainable and impactful early childhood education, learning together and celebrating successes. Masala and Liinaharja daycares are located near forests, the early childhood education center, and a sports park. You will be supported by a wide range of professionals in Kirkkonummi's early childhood education sector: a social pedagogue, a psychologist, language and culture teachers, an early childhood education social pedagogue, an early childhood psychologist, as well as a digital coordinator and other specialists. We value your interest and experience in developing pedagogy for young children. As an early childhood education teacher, you will be responsible for your team’s pedagogy, assessment, and development, and participate in the early childhood education work and development alongside the daycare director. We expect strong collaboration skills and a desire to work communally and constructively. You will have influence over your work, as we encourage activity and new ideas. Qualifications: Qualification as an early childhood education teacher according to the Early Childhood Education Act, section 26 (540/2018). New early childhood education teachers will receive a recruitment bonus of 150 € per month for 12 months after the six (6) month probation period. The bonus is conditional on a permanent employment relationship and meeting qualification requirements. The selected candidate must present a criminal background check within 30 days of the decision (Child Welfare Act 504/2002). The position requires a health statement regarding respiratory tuberculosis in accordance with section 55 of the Infectious Diseases Act. Interviews will be held on June 17 at Masala Daycare Center.
