Are you interested in a role combining apartment sales, customer service, and administrative tasks, where you can truly influence the customer experience of buying a new home? We are now seeking a Customer and Sales Manager for our client in the Varsinais-Suomi region to strengthen the growing business. Our client is a stable and reputable contractor responsible for the entire housing production chain from land acquisition to planning, marketing, and construction. The company employs over 100 professionals in Finland, guided by strong expertise but without unnecessary rigidity. Here, things are handled properly, but a good atmosphere prevails. Your main tasks include: apartment viewings and sales, customer meetings and managing the sales process from start to finish, coordinating relocations and customer communication, handling RS documents and documentation, planning and executing marketing activities in collaboration with partners. This role combines sales, customer experience, project coordination, and contract management. We are looking for someone with the right attitude and desire to succeed. You could be an experienced person in apartment or real estate sales or a rising talent with strong motivation to develop in the field. The most important qualities are drive, customer focus, and engagement. We hope you have: genuine interest in apartment sales and customer service, courage to meet customers and drive sales, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, accuracy and systematic approach (especially in contract documentation), good communication skills, commercial thinking, and result orientation. Previous experience in apartment sales, construction, or real estate is an advantage but not necessary. Why this role? This is not empty talk; this company fosters long careers.
