We are looking for a sunny personality to join our team as a CLEANING SUPERVISOR FOR OUR CLEANING SITES IN HELSINKI CITY CENTER The employment is full-time and will start according to agreement from mid-July. In this role, you will be the right hand to your supervisor and support the team, ensuring smooth cleaning operations and high quality at our sites. You will have a direct impact on the daily success of our employees and, most importantly, the customer experience. Through your work, we ensure that our customers receive cleaning and hygiene solutions that enhance the comfort and safety of work environments. As a cleaning supervisor, your main task is to support and guide our cleaning staff at sites in Helsinki city center. Most of your guiding work will be hands-on, so your initiative is crucial in planning daily activities. You will rarely perform cleaning tasks yourself and only when necessary, focusing instead on guiding and developing. You will assist in planning and organizing cleaning work and ensure customer satisfaction by participating in customer meetings independently or with your supervisor. In some sites, a security clearance will be required. We expect from you: - Strong experience in the cleaning industry. - Ability to work independently and proactively. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. - Positive attitude and willingness to develop your work. - Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations. - Fluent Finnish language skills and proficiency in English for working with a multilingual team. A security clearance will be conducted for the selected candidate before starting employment.
