We don’t focus solely on years of experience, but you need enough routine to handle a proactive and problem-solving role smoothly. Comprehensive onboarding is standard for us. Driving license C: Essential for moving equipment in the hall and yard. Attention to detail: Quality is a matter of pride for us—we aim to produce work we can be proud of. People skills: Our team is close-knit, so we actively seek "good people" to join us. Additional skills: We especially value familiarity with brake fitting or trailer technology.
