You will serve as a substitute for nurses in residential services for the elderly in the Koski TL - Marttila - Loimaa - Oripää - Pöytyä area according to a pre-planned work schedule, providing important support to healthcare professionals in your region. Your tasks As a nurse in the resource pool, you work in elderly residential units within your area as a substitute nurse. You support healthcare professionals in the resource pool and participate in onboarding new employees. The work is diverse and requires readiness to move between different units using your own car. The work is primarily weekday mornings. You will work in elderly residential services in the following environments: - 24-hour assisted living - Short-term rehabilitative care units - Communal living units - Assessment and rehabilitation units.
