MyForest Oy is a timber procurement and harvesting company owned by Metsänhoitoyhdistys Keskipohja ry, established in 2015. It purchases and mediates raw timber for the energy and forest industries. Timber Procurement Manager - Join our team in the Keskipohja region We are seeking an experienced and goal-oriented professional to oversee timber procurement for MyForest Oy. We offer a permanent, full-time position where you can influence and develop the entire timber procurement process. Your responsibilities - Managing operational activities from timber procurement to deliveries, offers, and invoicing - Maintaining customer relationships and working closely with contractors, forest owners, and other stakeholders - Developing operational practices and ensuring an efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective supply chain. We expect from you - Education in Forest Engineering or Forestry - Strong expertise in timber procurement, logistics, and operational planning - Business and sales skills - Ability to work independently and manage overall processes - Good communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in supervisory roles Experience with our management systems (Forest by Pinja, Leafpoint, Kuutio, Talenom, M365) is considered an advantage.
