Our new Customer and Sales team is looking for a results-oriented and strategically minded Customer and Sales Manager for a national role. The position is permanent and full-time. Working hours are primarily weekdays. The employment begins by agreement in autumn 2026. As a Customer and Sales Manager, you will play an important role in strengthening our cooperation with well-being regions and other client organizations. You will be responsible for planned and goal-oriented management, development of customer relationships, and sales and growth of services. You will have the opportunity to grow and learn in a new team that values meaning, collaboration, and impact. The role emphasizes human-centeredness and teamwork to achieve common goals. Your closest colleagues will be Customer and Sales Director Jaana and Customer and Sales Manager Ville. Additionally, the team includes three administrative managers with whom you will work closely. The role requires some travel to Humana units and teams, as well as to well-being regions. The customer and sales team operates nationwide, meeting regularly remotely and at either Seinäjoki or Helsinki offices. Key responsibilities * Goal-oriented customer management: Responsible for designated customers, their management, development, and growth according to KPI targets * Expert and solution sales: Identifying clients’ strategic needs and formulating suitable service solutions * Building partnerships: Acting as a reliable partner for client organizations and establishing long-term, high-quality collaborations * Stakeholder collaboration: Working closely with operational units and experts within the organization This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how customer relationships are managed in the future: customer-centric, data-driven, and aimed at shared growth. Salary The position offers a contractual salary based on the selected candidate’s experience and expertise. The salary range is 4400-5000 EUR/month. What we expect from you * A relevant higher education degree, e.g., Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Social Services * Knowledge of the social and healthcare sector and service systems: understanding well-being regions’ operational logic, procurement processes, and public tenders * Proven success in B2B sales and goal-oriented customer management * Expertise in consultative sales and ability to close complex sales processes * Ability to utilize data in customer work and create effective, goal-oriented customer plans * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Strategic mindset and ability to see the bigger picture Your working style is energetic, proactive, and a networked team player.
