Substitute for a full-time English and Swedish language teacher at Koivupuhdon School from August 11, 2026, to July 31, 2027. We are seeking a substitute for a full-time teacher primarily for English and Swedish language instruction in our comprehensive school. The position also includes teaching religion. Our school is a STEAM school, and we value strong skills in information technology, interaction, collaboration, and teamwork, as well as enthusiasm for developing one's own skills and teaching. The selected candidate should be prepared for co-teaching, have experience with digital learning environments, possess strong pedagogical skills, and have a developmental approach. At Koivupuhdon, you will become part of a warm and friendly work community. Since you will work throughout the school year, your salary for the summer of 2027 will also be paid. In the upcoming school year, you will have the opportunity to influence the planning of the equipment and furnishings for our new school. Comprehensive occupational health services and wellness benefits will also be available. Qualifications are determined according to the decree on qualifications for teaching staff (No. 1998/986). Salary and other employment terms are based on OVTES. If no qualified applicants are available, we will consider applicants without qualifications.
