Come and do sales that truly matter! We are looking for a goal-oriented and courageous salesperson to strengthen our growing sales team. Our sales are not empty promises or tricks but solutions that genuinely make our customers' daily lives happier and easier. In this role, you will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction: you are the link between sales and production, and your attention to detail is reflected directly in the customer experience. In return, you will be supported by a team that encourages, mentors, and celebrates successes together. What is a typical day like for a salesperson with us? Calling potential customers, assessing their situation, and offering useful home cleaning solutions. It’s about solution sales; you give people time to focus on what is truly important to them. The work is efficient and goal-oriented, but the atmosphere is relaxed and the team spirit is excellent. Data and results guide your actions, so you will continuously improve as a salesperson. Working hours are 30 hours per week, leaving more time for other aspects of life. Shifts are scheduled between 8:00 and 18:00, at our office near Lahdesjärvi IKEA. Base 1615 €/month (30h/week) + commissions and bonuses. With good results, you can reach 2600-3000 €/month. Good tools and a comfortable office.
