We are looking for spotters for a large construction site in Nummela. We are seeking spotters to ensure safety during construction machinery operations on the site. The spotter's role is especially important when the operator's visibility is limited or when working near other structures or pathways. You will ensure that everything remains safe as work progresses. The position is full-time and starts as agreed. Working hours are weekdays from 7:00 to 17:30, with shorter days on Saturdays. The project lasts until October-November, after which there may be opportunities to work on other projects in the area. Note that proficiency in both Finnish and English is required. You will succeed in this role if you have: a vehicle, as the site is not easily accessible otherwise; Finnish and English language skills; experience in construction or earthworks; valid safety training card (or willingness to obtain one); good basic fitness and readiness for physical work; reliable and careful approach to tasks.
