Would you like to work when it suits you and at the same time help create a better everyday life for clients in disability services? You can work on a temporary basis whenever it fits your schedule, or choose a fixed-term position if you prefer a more regular rhythm. The flexibility makes our work suitable for full-time professionals, final-year personal care assistant or nurse students, as well as retirees seeking additional income. Completion of LOVe exams (or other similar medication administration training) or the opportunity to complete them at the start of employment is considered an advantage. Kajaanin Validia House is a 24-hour supported living unit with 33 residents. Our clients are individuals with disabilities or who have become disabled, and at Validia, we enable them to live a life that is their own and of high quality. You will work in diverse and changing tasks, meeting clients as individuals and supporting them in daily activities. Your duties include assisting residents with daily routines, supporting their well-being, and promoting community spirit. Every shift is an opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life.
