Family daycare providers at Kultapalat care for a maximum of four children in their groups. The small group size allows for a variety of activities and experiences during the day, which you can decide yourself! We provide the framework for activities, but you retain the freedom to carry out your work. In addition to the freedom to work, the income from the job averages around €3,000 per month when caring for four children, with seven weeks of holiday accrued annually. The work is carried out as a franchisee within the Kultapalat chain. Don't be intimidated by the word entrepreneur; we have prepared everything for you. You don't need prior business experience, as long as you are passionate about early childhood education and get along well with adults.
