Are you looking for versatile outdoor work during summer and autumn, where you can see the results of your efforts? We are currently seeking a gardener for our financially stable client company to join their team in the Southwest Finland region. The company is responsible for the green areas of housing companies, businesses, and private clients. In this role, you will not be confined to one place; your workdays will be varied and mobile. Your day as a gardener: You will do a variety of tasks that make gardens pleasant. Your work will include, among other things: - Pruning shrubs and bushes - Fertilizing planting areas and weeding - Edging lawns and maintaining play areas - Other seasonal green area maintenance tasks outdoors. During workdays, you will travel to client sites within Southwest Finland, and work will be performed outdoors throughout the season. What we expect from the applicant: You are the right person if you have a genuine passion for green work and approach tasks actively. A gardener’s qualification or previous experience in similar work is an advantage, but attitude is most important! Additionally, you need: - A driving license (category B) - Initiative and ability to get along with clients - Good physical condition, as work is outdoors in all weather conditions - A valid occupational safety card is a big plus! What we offer and salary: A salary higher than the collective agreement: We do not stick to rigid pay scales. The salary is above the horticultural sector collective agreement, and we listen to your wishes and pay according to your skills.
