Property Caretaker Hello, you! We are looking for a property caretaker for our client in the Oulu area. What is this about? We are seeking a responsible and proactive property caretaker for a permanent position primarily in the Oulu and Muhos regions. The role offers diverse tasks, including maintenance and repair work for residential and healthcare properties. The work involves daily maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring the safe and smooth operation of properties. You will work at various sites in the Oulu and Muhos areas, with tasks including monthly testing of fire alarm and sprinkler systems, as well as other property maintenance duties. The job also includes outdoor area maintenance, such as lawn mowing and snow removal. In this responsible role, we value careful, reliable, and proactive work attitudes. The work is primarily from Monday to Friday. What do we expect from you? We require a relevant professional qualification. A basic qualification is not sufficient for this role, as it requires strong professional skills and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in property maintenance is important for success in this position. A safety, fire safety, and plant protection card, as well as a clean background, are required. We offer a permanent position in diverse property maintenance tasks. Salary is based on the collective agreement for the property services sector, level 7.
