We are seeking a foreman or supervising foreman for diverse and responsible tasks at MekoWest Oy in Sastamala. In this role, you will be responsible, together with other management, for the smooth daily operations of the repair shop and the efficient organization of work. The job involves close cooperation with technicians, customers, and parts sales. You will ensure that work is completed on schedule and that the customer experience is first-class. As a supervising foreman, you will also serve as the team leader and be responsible for daily management. The employment is permanent and full-time, with working hours on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. What we expect from you We are looking for an experienced foreman with a strong understanding of daily repair shop operations and a desire to advance in your career. We hope you have: - experience in management within a repair environment - good technical understanding of the automotive industry - proactive and organized work approach - excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - ability to schedule, organize, and manage tasks Additionally, we value: - skills in troubleshooting and cost estimation - proficient use of systems (Autofutur experience is an advantage) - experience in tire sales You will need a B driver's license and proficiency in Finnish.
