We seek skilled individuals to solve the challenges of commissioning data center and industrial projects in interesting projects within a growing and development-oriented work community. As a project manager, you will independently lead the commissioning process, coordinate testing and integrations, and ensure readiness for handover in demanding data center and industrial projects. You will manage the work of commissioning specialists across different areas, considering schedules, dependencies, testing, and handover. You will ensure that commissioning progresses as planned, safely, and in phases so that systems are operationally verified and ready for handover within the agreed schedule. You will work closely and actively with various stakeholders, managing the overall process naturally. We are eager to hear what skills and experience you bring. The role requires a driver’s license and access to a car. The designated work locations are Espoo, Tampere, Oulu, Turku, Kuopio, Joensuu, or Lappeenranta. Success in this position requires strong previous experience in construction management and/or design, as well as several years of experience in similar roles. Fluent Finnish language skills, both spoken and written, are required; on an international market, we are also interested in candidates who can work in English.
