Welcome to our communication and language team! Join us in developing our training programs together with the teaching team. Responsibilities include: Teaching Swedish and English, Supervising and reviewing thesis work, Developing teaching within the subject area. We are looking for someone who has: Appropriate higher university degree or doctorate, Interest in developing teaching methods towards student-centered and work-oriented learning, Cooperative and able to work independently, Willingness and ability to continuously develop the activities and yourself, Good knowledge of Swedish and English. As a teacher at Novia, you are expected to have at least three years of work experience in tasks equivalent to a degree. Teachers at Novia are expected to have pedagogical studies totaling 60 credits or 35 study weeks. If you have not completed pedagogical studies, you may do so alongside your work within three years of employment. Salary according to collective agreement for universities of applied sciences and internal directives. The position includes a probation period of six months.
