We are now looking for Construction Project Managers. Specialists in data centers and industry, come boldly build a better future with us! We seek skilled individuals to solve the challenges of construction management for data center and industrial projects in interesting projects within a growing and development-oriented work community. As a project manager, you will independently lead the daily operations of demanding industrial/data center projects. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. You will ensure that design and implementation progress as agreed, in a controlled manner, and according to set goals. You will lead both your own work and the project team. You will monitor schedules, costs, and quality, manage changing situations, and keep the project under control. You will ensure communication between different stakeholders, be responsible for reporting and documentation. We are eager to hear what skills and experience you bring. The tasks require a driving license and the possibility to use your own car. The designated workplaces are in Espoo, Tampere, Oulu, Turku, Kuopio, Joensuu, or Lappeenranta. Success in this role requires experience in construction management and/or design, and at least five years of experience in similar roles. We require a suitable degree for the position, and an official construction manager qualification (RAP, RAPS) is considered an advantage. Fluent Finnish language skills, both spoken and written, are required; on an international market, we are also interested in candidates who can work in English.
