We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Officer to join a major Data Centre construction project in Sweden on a freelance/contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile project with a leading construction team, ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Position Details Role: HSE Officer Location: Northern Sweden Start Date: Autumn 2026 Contract Type: Freelance / Contract Duration: Long-term opportunity (1+ years) Rate: To be confirmed Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Maintain accurate HSE documentation and reporting. Liaise with subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure adherence to project safety requirements. Requirements Minimum 5 years of HSE experience on Data Centre construction projects. Relevant HSE qualifications and certifications - compliant with local legislation. Swedish-speaking candidates are highly preferred. Must have EU passport/Swedish residency.
