Content creation and visibility enhancement in search engines go hand in hand, so a deep understanding of SEO and AI visibility is required. The role also involves developing and planning other digital customer communications, making the scope exciting and broad. Our Digital Sales and Customer Experience unit is responsible for developing digital services to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Your daily work will be in an agile Nordic team of top professionals with a relaxed atmosphere and high ambition. You will work closely with other teams and stakeholders in Finland and other Nordic countries. The working language is Finnish and English. You are proactive, willing to try new things, passionate about your work, and enjoy working with dedicated professionals. You like data-driven work and are interested in new technology. Your work is both strategic and operational: setting direction, executing, testing, and optimizing content yourself. You also have at least five years of experience in similar roles, excellent skills in designing, producing, and managing quality web content, proven success in SEO and AI visibility improvement, experience with publishing systems, extensive use of Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics tools, excellent conversion optimization skills, strong interest in user experience and usability, experience working with personalized customer journeys and communication, ability to lead effectively and communicate enthusiastically with stakeholders, basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, a relevant higher education degree, and good written and spoken communication skills in English.
