Mechanical Supervisor, Lime Kiln and White Liquor Plant - Enersense International Oy - Pori, Suomi

Enersense Engineering Oy is seeking an experienced **Mechanical Supervisor** for our client's international industrial projects in Asia. The first assignment will be a 100-day project in China, starting at the end of May 2026, with a possibility of extension or transfer to subsequent projects. The role offers an opportunity to work in a demanding, international project environment as part of an experienced project team focused on large-scale industrial construction in the pulp & paper sector. **Main tasks and responsibilities:** - Supervise mechanical installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities on site - Ensure quality, schedule, and safety compliance of mechanical works within the lime kiln and white liquor plant (recausticizing) area - Coordinate and guide contractors in collaboration with the project organization - Conduct inspections and ensure accurate reporting and project documentation - Work closely with client representatives, suppliers, and other project stakeholders **Requirements:** - Suitable engineering degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineering) - Previous experience in mechanical supervision in industrial projects - Strong experience in lime kiln and white liquor plant (recausticizing) systems, preferably in new build projects - Ability to work in international project environments and coordinate multi-contractor teams - Good communication and teamwork skills - Fluent English language skills Please submit your application as soon as possible, as the position will be filled once a suitable candidate is found.
