By joining our international team, you will help shape the future of sustainable digital infrastructure. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and driven Construction Manager to join our Development team in Sollefteå. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering reliable and compliant construction management support, enabling smooth project execution and ensuring a seamless handover to Operations. You will oversee projects from planning through to completion, manage contractors on-site, and collaborate closely with internal teams such as Design, Security, and Operations. This is a great opportunity to contribute to large-scale, high-impact data center developments across the Nordics. Key responsibilities: Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations and safety requirements. Oversee projects from planning to completion in collaboration with the local project team. Manage the General Contractor on a daily basis and escalate issues when needed. Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Design, Security, and Operations. Develop, maintain, and track project schedules together with relevant stakeholders. Lead weekly progress meetings and ensure alignment on milestones and deliverables. Support procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of owner-furnished equipment. Monitor and report site progress, including working hours and construction status. Ensure installations meet atNorth’s quality standards. Oversee commissioning activities in coordination with the Commissioning Manager. Your profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management. Experience working on complex or large-scale construction projects (data center experience is an advantage, not a requirement). Relevant degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or similar. Structured and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain project momentum. Proactive and solution-oriented with strong communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
