As a personal assistant, you will support the client in situations where they need help from another person, for example in mobility, household chores, or leisure activities. The purpose of a personal assistant is to support the client's self-determination and ability to live their own life. The work is down-to-earth and adaptable to different situations. Days can vary greatly, and tasks are always planned according to the client's needs. No previous experience is required as we will train you. We are always easily reachable and supportive to ensure the work proceeds safely and naturally. We want the work to suit both the assistant and the client equally. Shifts are planned mutually to keep everyday life functional and clear. We are now looking for a part-time assistant in Vuosaari. The workload is 35 hours/month. The client is a man who needs assistance about twice a week in the mornings or during the day. The client needs help with hobbies such as going to the movies, swimming hall, library, or outdoor activities. The client has a cat. The work begins as agreed, but as soon as possible. We start interviews before the application deadline, and the position is filled as soon as a suitable person is found. A criminal background check is required for the selected person to work with disabled persons (Social and Health Care Supervision Act). We hope you are proactive, reliable, and empathetic.
