Are you a professional in building services electrical engineering who enjoys leading people, customer work, and business development? We may be looking for you as an Electrical Design Team Leader in Jyväskylä. You will be responsible for the daily operations, development, and results of the building services electrical design expert team, as well as business growth. The role combines managerial tasks, customer engagement, and project participation. You will actively engage with clients: building networks, meeting clients, and identifying market needs together with your team. What does your daily work look like? Lead and mentor a team of approximately 7 experts to grow and develop. Be responsible for the team’s operations, development, and results. Drive business forward and actively participate in sales and marketing. Build and develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. Participate in projects in a guiding or leading role as needed. Collaborate closely with other regional team leaders and Sweco experts and units. Our assignments cover a wide range of building types, including residential buildings, shopping centers, industrial buildings, daycares, hospitals, schools, and museums.
