Veljekset Ovaska Oy is a growing infrastructure company, and we are now seeking a skilled heavy equipment technician for a permanent position. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and ensuring the operational readiness of our fleet. Our equipment includes excavators, wheel loaders, trucks, and vans. Work primarily takes place at the workshop, but field maintenance at construction sites is also required. Job Tasks - Maintenance and repairs of heavy equipment and vans - Fault diagnostics and troubleshooting - Repair of hydraulic and electrical faults - Preventive maintenance and inspections - Maintenance work on-site when necessary We Expect You To Have - Experience in maintenance of heavy equipment and/or vehicles - Good technical understanding (hydraulics, electrical, mechanics) - Ability to work independently - Initiative and responsible work attitude - B-class driving license - Experience with machines such as Volvo, Caterpillar, John Deere, or similar - Experience in van maintenance - Welding skills - Experience with diagnostic equipment - C-class driving license We Offer - Permanent employment in a growing company - Diverse and independent work - Competitive salary based on skills - Opportunity to develop your expertise - A good team and modern equipment Work start date is negotiable, and the position will be filled as soon as a suitable candidate is found.
