As our growth continues, we are seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to strengthen our security team, responsible for investigating and combating internal and external misconduct within the company's operations in the EU. Key responsibilities include investigating misconduct cases and collecting evidence across the group, developing and training preventive controls and risk management methods, collaborating with authorities, external experts, and internal stakeholders, advising on misconduct and fraud prevention, conducting internal audits at mobile and fixed sites, and reporting findings to the security director. The role also involves acting as deputy security director and supporting the development of the security unit. We require a relevant university degree (law, economics, or security), at least 5 years of experience in misconduct investigation, internal audit, or logistics security tasks, strong logistics knowledge, experience in international investigations, excellent Finnish and English skills, and additional languages (e.g., German, Swedish, Spanish, French) are an advantage. Modern security technology familiarity is essential. Preferred qualifications include certifications like CFE or CAMS, experience in international valuables transportation, digital forensics, and data-driven investigations.
